Lithium Battery Storage / Charging Cabinet , Manual closing Double door with 2 shelves 3 compartment
Product Description:
Robust Construction Structure Made from 18-gauge, high-quality galvanized steel, this double-walled welded construction includes a 38mm air space for fire resistance. Three shelves facilitate the storage of various battery devices, and an 8-socket junction box provides surge protection. A Low-noise axial fan and vent are provided for proper ventilation to reduce the temperature inside the cabinet.
Inlet Power Supply:
A 2.5 mm2 copper cable is provided inside the cabinet to supply 230V power, which can safely carry 4.6 to 5.75 kW (depending on installation). A Miniature Circuit Breaker is provided to safeguard against overloading or short circuit.
Automatic Fire Suppression, Smoke and Heat Alarm Systems:
An LPCB-approved automatic fire suppression system with FK-5112 (UL & FM Approved) clean agent is installed inside the cabinet. It is connected to a flame and heat detection tube that will operate when the temperature reaches between 110°C and 140°C. The Temperature Monitor System is installed in the cabinet which can be set for a maximum & minimum Heat level. When thick smoke is generated or the heat level increases above the set level inside the cabinet, the smoke detector or heat sensor will trigger the strobe light and siren.
Automatic Inlet/outlet Switching System Equipped On Each Layer:
If a fire breaks out inside the cabinet and temperature exceeds 73°C, the inlet and outlet will automatically close to isolate the outside air, this reduces the risk of accidents, effectively control disasters, improves rescue time, and minimizes the loss of life and property. Three-point Linkage Door with Lock and Key Top, middle and bottom of the door are closed simultaneously.

Safety cabinet is developed a per FM6050 standard, NFPA30 and OSHA 29, TRF1910 regulation.
