Product Description:
- The Fire fighting suit is a suit designed to protect firefighters from extremely high temperatures while doing firefighting and rescue operations.
- Flare Defend™ Fireman Suit which is the new Series firefighting garments is used to protect firefighters from the water, flame and heat that occur during firefighting operations.
- The Flare Defend™ Turnout Gear Garment is the most advanced range in the technical textile, which ensures to provide the solutions great comfort, performance and protection during the firefighting applications.
- According to the (EU) 2016/425 PPE regulation, Flare Defend™ firefighting suits have an EU Type Examination Certificate and carry the CE mark in its label.
- EN 469: 2005 Protective clothing for firefighters - Produced in accordance with the standard "Performance rules for protective clothing used in firefighting".
Specifications
Outer Shell
- Made from Inherent Flame Resistance fabric 93% Meta Aramid, 5% Para-Aramid, 2% Antistatic with 200 GSM OWR finish fabric.
Moisture Barrier
- Aramid non-woven Laminated with PTFE membrane for maximum. Breathability and hydrostatic head (waterproof) performance. (EN 343 protection against foul weather).
Thermal Barrier
- Constructed using non-woven ARAMID fibers laminated with meta-aramid /FR Viscose innermost ling fabric for maximum protection.
Reflective Tape
2" Wide Fire Retardant - Lime Silver Lime Reflective Trims
- Single Strip at chest area.
- Double strips at bottom of jacket.
- Double strips on sleeves of jacket.
- Double strips on bottom of pants.
Design And Features
- Our Fire Fighting Suit comes in Jacket & Trouser style which is made of inherent flame resistance fabric.
- The outer shell is flap conceals the zipper and has a Velcro for extra protection.
- For high visibility, two-inch 50 mm certified FR fluorescent reflective tape is applied on chest round, Arms round of jacket.
- The entire pant is held in place by adjustable FR suspenders and at the bottom of trouser 50 MM fluorescent reflective tape.
- Throughout the garments manufacturing FR accessories and thread is used.

EN 13911 Firefighting Balaclava Hood
Made of 50% Aramid + 50% Viscose Blended fabric.

The upper material is beef hide split with special treatment against high temperature, penetration of water and oils gloves.

Vulcanized Rubber & Sole Certified to ISO 20345 &EN 15090.
